消防部门曾做过一个实(shi)验:一座30层(ceng)、高约100米的建筑,在无(wu)阻(zu)挡(dang)的情况下,烟气沿着竖向管道到顶层(ceng),只(zhi)需30秒!!
高层(ceng)建筑发(fa)生(sheng)火(huo)灾(zai)特点(dian)
1、火(huo)势蔓延(yan)快,发生火(huo)灾时(shi)贯(guan)通全楼的电梯井(jing)、排气(qi)道(dao)、管(guan)道(dao)井(jing)、电缆井(jing)等竖向井(jing)道(dao)易产生“烟囱效应”,烟气(qi)和火(huo)势纵向蔓延(yan)特别(bie)快。
2、高层(ceng)建筑层(ceng)数(shu)多,垂(chui)直(zhi)疏(shu)散(san)距离长,人员需要较长时间才能疏(shu)散(san)到安全场所。大量浓烟进(jin)入(ru)走道,增(zeng)加了安全疏(shu)散(san)的困难。
