一、智(zhi)慧用电安全(quan)管理(li)系统(tong)简介

二、智(zhi)慧(hui)用电(dian)组成部件(jian)的介绍及原理
常见的漏(lou)电、短路、过载、接(jie)触(chu)不良是(shi)电气(qi)火(huo)灾的主要(yao)成因。智慧(hui)用(yong)电安全管理(li)系统,可以对电气(qi)设(she)备的日常运行(xing)进行(xing)24小(xiao)时(shi)实时(shi)监管,及(ji)时(shi)发(fa)现这些隐患(huan)(huan),并通知相关(guan)人员及(ji)时(shi)有效消除电气(qi)设(she)备的这些上(shang)述(shu)隐患(huan)(huan)。
1、漏电,是电气(qi)火灾的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)成因。
剩余电(dian)流式(shi)电(dian)气(qi)火灾监控探测器(qi),可以监测到电(dian)气(qi)回路中漏电(dian)电(dian)流的大小,超过系统预设数值,会发(fa)出报警(jing)信(xin)号。
在电(dian)(dian)气(qi)回路(lu)中,流(liu)经相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)线(xian)的电(dian)(dian)流(liu),终都会经零(ling)线(xian)回去。也就是说:A相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)+B相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)+C相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)值(zhi)=N零(ling)线(xian)的电(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
注意:剩(sheng)(sheng)余(yu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)式探测(ce)器的剩(sheng)(sheng)余(yu)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)传感器(圆孔(kong)型或(huo)长方(fang)(fang)形(xing))在安装时,必(bi)须把3根(gen)相线和1根(gen)零线都穿入,且方(fang)(fang)向要*,如(ru)下(xia)图2所(suo)示。
原理:相线(xian)(xian)不漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)的(de)情(qing)况,穿过剩(sheng)余(yu)电(dian)(dian)流传(chuan)感器的(de)相线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)流与(yu)零线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)流,大小相等,方向相反(fan),相互抵消,剩(sheng)余(yu)电(dian)(dian)流值为0.当相线(xian)(xian)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)的(de)时候,回流到(dao)零线(xian)(xian)的(de)电(dian)(dian)流会变小,剩(sheng)余(yu)电(dian)(dian)流值就是相线(xian)(xian)中漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)电(dian)(dian)流的(de)值。

2、短路(lu)和接(jie)触不良,也是(shi)电气发生火(huo)灾(zai)的主要(yao)因素(su)。
线路短(duan)路或者接触不良,常伴有电(dian)弧(电(dian)火花)产生(sheng),应该采(cai)用故障(zhang)电(dian)弧探测器。
3、当线路(lu)过载或者短路(lu)时,还伴随另外(wai)一个现(xian)象:发热(re)。
可以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)测温(wen)(wen)式(shi)监控探测器(qi),对(dui)线路(lu)温(wen)(wen)度(du)进(jin)行测量。
三、智慧用(yong)电(dian)安(an)全(quan)管理系统的应用(yong)与设置
剩(sheng)余电流式智慧用电安全探测器(qi),应遵(zun)循基本的设置(zhi)要求:
1、剩余电流(liu)(liu)式智(zhi)慧(hui)用电安(an)全探(tan)测器,应(ying)以(yi)设置(zhi)在(zai)低压配电系统首端为原则,宜(yi)设置(zhi)在(zai)*级配电柜的出线(xian)端。如(ru)果供(gong)电线(xian)路泄漏电流(liu)(liu)大于500mA,宜(yi)在(zai)下(xia)一级配电柜设置(zhi)。
2、剩余电(dian)流式智慧(hui)用电(dian)安(an)全(quan)探测器,在(zai)配电(dian)柜安(an)装时(shi),相线和零线必须同(tong)时(shi)穿(chuan)(chuan)入,且保持同(tong)一方向穿(chuan)(chuan)入,地线不得穿(chuan)(chuan)入。
3、剩余电(dian)流式智慧用电(dian)安全探(tan)测(ce)器,其电(dian)源信(xin)号就(jiu)地取电(dian),接(jie)在被保(bao)护线路的前(qian)端,禁止(zhi)从(cong)保(bao)护器下端接(jie)线。
