2.1智(zhi)慧用电安(an)全传感终端

针对此架构,我公司自主设计系列探测终(zhong)端。

探(tan)测终(zhong)端是(shi)根据国家(jia)相(xiang)关标准专门针对(dui)电(dian)气火灾事(shi)故频发而独立研发的智(zhi)(zhi)慧用电(dian)安全(quan)传感终(zhong)端探(tan)测器,并已(yi)取得3C认证证书(shu),获(huo)得国家(jia)消防产品强制(zhi)认证;同(tong)时该系列终(zhong)端正在进(jin)行CMC认证。双(shuang)重(zhong)认证既增加产品竞争力,更是(shi)增加智(zhi)(zhi)慧用电(dian)安全(quan)可(ke)靠性(xing)。

2.2物(wu)联网智(zhi)能网关

智(zhi)能(neng)网(wang)(wang)关(guan)是集数(shu)据采集、存储、协议转换、数(shu)据转发、网(wang)(wang)关(guan)为一(yi)体的交互产品,实现传(chuan)感终端(duan)与(yu)云端(duan)服(fu)务器间的双(shuang)向数(shu)据透(tou)明传(chuan)输(shu),支持自定义注册包,支持Socket连接(jie),支持透(tou)传(chuan)云接(jie)入。

目前该(gai)网关采(cai)用的(de)是成熟的(de)GPRS技术(shu),自(zi)主设(she)计模块(kuai)(kuai)体积(ji)极小且安装(zhuang)方(fang)便。同时我公司(si)针对近年网联网新(xin)技术(shu)进行了研(yan)发工作,自(zi)主设(she)计的(de)LoRa模块(kuai)(kuai)现(xian)(xian)在(zai)已(yi)经进入转产阶段;NB-IOT模块(kuai)(kuai)于今年9月(yue)上旬进行了测(ce)试实验;后续该(gai)项目的(de)实施将逐渐采(cai)用这两(liang)种低功耗广域网新(xin)兴技术(shu)(LPWAN)实现(xian)(xian)传感(gan)网络数据(ju)传输。

2.3智慧用电安全隐患监管云平台

智(zhi)慧用电(dian)安全隐患(huan)监(jian)(jian)管云(yun)平(ping)台(tai)搭建(jian)在阿里(li)(li)云(yun)IaaS层(ceng)服务(wu)器(qi)(qi)(公司与(yu)阿里(li)(li)签订(ding)服务(wu)器(qi)(qi)租赁合同(tong),响(xiang)应(ying)政府“企(qi)(qi)业上云(yun)”号召,属于“企(qi)(qi)业上云(yun)内容”的(de)(de)“研发(fa)设(she)计(ji)上云(yun)”),平(ping)台(tai)以云(yun)计(ji)算和(he)大数据的(de)(de)理念来设(she)计(ji),可(ke)以分类管理所有(you)传(chuan)感终端(duan)上传(chuan)的(de)(de)数据,对(dui)测点信息进行实时在线(xian)监(jian)(jian)测和(he)统计(ji)分析,精确分析与(yu)及(ji)时发(fa)现智(zhi)慧用电(dian)安全隐患(huan)。

该项目应用效果:

(1)满足了客户(hu)需求,实现了多家公司(si)用电的集中监管。

(2)云平(ping)台支持远程在线升级与(yu)参(can)数(负荷)设置(zhi),节(jie)省了人力等一系列运维成本。

(3)对重点(dian)运行设(she)备进行管(guan)理,解决电(dian)气(qi)设(she)备信息孤(gu)岛效应;真(zhen)正做到电(dian)气(qi)设(she)备信息化监管(guan)。
